Quamtrax® is a registered trademark of Profitness Century SL (Tax ID B86446242, Calle Herreros 17-A, 28906 Getafe, Madrid, Spain). Its products are marketed exclusively through a selective distribution system. Distributors are admitted based on objective qualitative criteria, defined uniformly and applied in a non-discriminatory manner: capacity for storage and preservation of food supplements, batch and expiration date traceability, customer service, and compliance with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 and Royal Decree 1487/2009.
1. Unauthorized resale
No third party is authorized to resell Quamtrax products without a prior valid written agreement with Profitness Century SL. Admission to the authorized distribution network may be requested at wholesale@quamtraxb2b.com.
2. Sales on marketplaces
The sale of Quamtrax products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Miravia, AliExpress, Temu, or others) requires express, specific, and written authorization from Profitness Century SL, granted per marketplace and per market. Unless such authorization is obtained, it is prohibited for all members of our distribution network.
3. Units acquired outside the authorized network
Quamtrax does not provide commercial warranties or after-sales service, and is not responsible for the preservation, authenticity, expiration date, or regulatory compliance of units sold outside its authorized network. Such units are not equivalent to those supplied by the official network, and their purchase is outside our responsibility.
4. Traceability and verification
All Quamtrax products incorporate batch identifiers and expiration dates, and certain references are enrolled in unit serialization and authentication programs. We reserve the right to verify any offer through test purchases and to track their batch number back to the source. It is prohibited to remove, conceal, or alter such identifiers.
5. Action against unauthorized offers
Against unauthorized offers, we will exercise the actions that correspond in each case: notification to the platform of verified breaches (regulations on food supplements, labeling in the market language, traceability, product condition or expiration, or trademark rights where applicable), cease and desist requests to the reseller, suspension of supply at the point of origin of the diversion, and, where appropriate, civil actions for breach of contract and unfair competition (Law 3/1991, of January 10, on Unfair Competition).
