Are you a Carrot Cake fan?
As juicy, spicy and delicious as the one we bring you today. With extra protein and flavor thanks to our IsoWhey Vanilla/Cinnamon Flavor , you won't be able to settle for just a piece.
Ingredients
For 2 to 4 people :
- 150g carrot
- 40g erythritol
- 3 large eggs
- 40g mild olive oil
- 5g yeast
- 120g oat flour
- 20g IsoWhey Vanilla Cinnamon
- a handful of walnuts
For the Frosting :
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 scoop of Vanilla flavor IsoWhey
- a splash of milk
Procedure
Step 1
Blend liquid ingredients with the carrot and erythritol.
Step 2
Add the oat flour, IsoWhey and yeast and mix in a bowl.
Step 3
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Mix the frosting ingredients and spread over the cold cake.
Step 5
Decorate with nuts to taste and you know...
