If you are tired of always eating the same chicken, we bring you a delicious idea with our Chichen Breast.
 Roasted sweet potatoes stuffed with creamy chicken and spinach , does that sound good? Imagine how it tastes 🤤 
Ingredients
You need:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 white onion
- A good handful of spinach
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 cans of Chicken Breast Natural
- Grated cheese for gratin
Procedure
Step 1
- Prick the sweet potato a little and add salt. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for approximately 1:30h at 190°C.
Step 2
- Meanwhile, fry the onion in oil and when it is golden, add the spinach and drained chicken.
Step 3
- Cook for about 6 minutes and remove from heat.
 Add salt to taste, cheese and mix well.
Step 4
- Once the sweet potatoes are ready, fill them with chicken and enjoy as is, or heat them up a bit more so the cheese melts properly. Enjoy it! 💙
