Attention Tiramisu lovers! We bring you the top recipe that you can enjoy without regrets.
With our Protein Pancake we have replaced the typical Tiramisu biscuits to give it extra protein. Low in sugar and so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating it.
Ingredients
For 2 to 4 people :
- 150ml of water or your favorite drink
- 100g of Protein Pancake Vanilla Flavor
- Coffee express
- 250g Mascarpone Cheese
- 120g natural yogurt (Greek type)
- 20g erythritol
- cocoa powder
Procedure
Step 1
Mix the vegetable drink or milk with the Protein Pancake.
Step 2
Cook the pancakes on both sides in a lightly greased pan.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the Mascarpone cheese with the erythritol and natural yogurt.
Step 4
To assemble the tiramisu, place 3 pancakes at the base of the container and dip in coffee.
Step 5
Spread half of the cream, sprinkle with cocoa and repeat this step.
Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
