Ingredients
Dough ingredients:
- 70g plain Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 60g erythritol
- 170g oat flour
- 7g baking powder
- 1 scoop of Iso Whey Vanilla Cinnamon Flavor
- 1 tsp orange blossom water or orange zest
Filling ingredients:
- 200g pastry cream
- 85g chocolate
- Protein Crunchy Dark Choco
Procedure
Step 1
Mix the eggs with the erythritol, orange blossom water and yogurt. Add the solid ingredients and mix again.
Step 2
Cook in a 23cm diameter frying pan for approximately 25 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
While the cream is heating, add the chocolate and mix until dissolved. Store in the refrigerator until cool.
Step 4
To shape it into a roscón, use a round cutter and cut out the center. Beat the cream with the chocolate until creamy and fill the roscón.
Step 5
Spread some of our Protein Crunchy and cover with melted chocolate.
