Lentils are always a good idea, with vegetables and our naturally protein-rich Chicken Breast you will have the best dish for every day.
Ingredients
You need:
- 1 jar of cooked lentils
- Garlic, onion and red pepper
- Vegetables to taste (carrot, potato, broccoli)
- Crushed tomato
- Salt and olive oil
- 2 cans of Chicken Breast in Tomato Sauce
Procedure
Step 1
First fry the garlic for a couple of minutes and then add the onion and pepper.
Step 2
Add the vegetables little by little and continue sautéing until the vegetables are lightly browned.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes, salt to taste, lentils, our Chicken Breast with its juice and cover with water. Cover the pot and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
