In honor of Omelet Day we bring you a very simple and different recipe to which we have added our canned Norwegian Salmon , which is not only rich in protein but is a must-have in the pantry of everyone who eats.
They want to take care of themselves.
Ingredients
For 2 persons :
- 6 large eggs
- 2 potatoes cooked and cooled
- Salt to taste
- 2 cans of canned natural salmon
Procedure
Step 1
If you have leftover cooked potatoes from another preparation, perfect! If not, cook 2 potatoes in advance and let them cool.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and add salt to taste.
Step 3
Chop the potato well and add it to the mixture with the drained canned salmon.
Step 4
Use our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray to grease the pan.
Step 5
Cook the tortilla on both sides and you know...
