On International Croquette Day we couldn't miss our fit and tremendously delicious version 😋 😍
To make these Chicken and Piquillo Pepper Croquettes you only need:
Ingredients
Dough ingredients:
- 280ml milk (can be skimmed)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1 can of canned chicken with tomato
- 25g cornstarch
- 3 strips of piquillo peppers
- 1 beaten egg for coating
- Bread crumbs
- Spray Oil
Procedure
Step 1
Mix the milk with the salt, nutmeg and cornstarch. Cook without stopping stirring until it thickens
Step 2
Suddenly add the well shredded chicken and the finely cut peppers.
Step 3
Mix well and store in the refrigerator with plastic wrap on top.
Step 4
When the dough is cold, pass through beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Spray with our extra virgin olive oil Spray and cook in Airfryer at 200°C for approximately 15 minutes.
