With our natural and protein-rich Chicken Breast you can enjoy a healthy and tasty meal. Use it in the filling of some peppers with spinach and lots of cheese and you will know what is good.
Ingredients
For 2 persons :
- big red pepper
- Salt and Olive Oil Spray
- a handful of spinach
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans of Chicken Breast Natural
- Gratin cheese
Procedure
Step 1
Cut the pepper in half. Add a little salt and drizzle with our extra virgin olive oil.
Step 2
Bake at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile sauté the spinach in a little oil until reduced.
Step 4
Mix with the eggs, salt to taste and the preserved chicken. Distribute the pepper halves and top with the cheese to gratin.
Step 5
Return to the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
