To us, it seems like the perfect excuse to enjoy this super easy no-bake cake , low in sugar and rich in protein.
Ingredients
Biscuit :
- 2 large eggs
- 30g mild olive oil
- 60g natural yogurt
- 40g erythritol
- 70g Natural flavor oat flour
- 15g cocoa powder
- 5g baking powder
Stuffed :
- 100g cream cheese
- 10g Iso Whey Vanilla Cinnamon
- 20ml milk
Procedure
Step 1

Separate the yolks from the whites
Step 2
Mix the yolks with the oil, yogurt and erythritol
Step 3
Add the flour with the cocoa and yeast and mix
Step 4

Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate with enveloping movements
Step 5
Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at medium power (400W)
